Women's Education Centre, Douvangar

The existing structure for the Education Centre in Douvanger, where local women come to learn about social issues, safe childbirth etc., and basic literacy, was completely dilapidated. There was no furniture at all. SJAA has provided the necessary funds to build a new centre and furnish it. The picture at the head of this page shows local women on their first day in the new centre.
